Our Process

Single mom has car trouble.

She approaches any local auto repair shop to see if they can partner with us to help her.

The auto repair shop fills out our submission form on behalf of the single mom.

The Hub Garage reviews the form within 48hrs and provides approval or rejection. If approved, payment is sent immediately to the shop.

The auto repair shop begins work on the single mom’s vehicle according to their shop schedule.

The vehicle is returned to the single mom.

We are at capacity for repair orders at this time. We’ll re-open our portal once we have sufficient funding.
