IF THE VEHICLE IS REPAIRABLE, AND YOU ARE SEEKING FUNDS FROM THE HUB GARAGE

The donor will need to:

Sign the title exactly how their name is on the front of the title.
Fill out the buyer’s name, it must read The Hub Resource Center Inc (not The HUB Garage).
Provide a notarized gift affidavit to the Hub Garage, the form can be found here. The notary will need to be
found on your own.
Confirm the color and exact mileage of the car.
If applicable, provide official documents showing proof of release of lien, if a lien was listed on the original title.
If accessible, provide a bill of sale. This is helpful in our process but not required.

You will need to submit a RO and check the box “on a donated vehicle” via our online portal which can
be FOUND HERE.
A representative at The Hub Garage will contact the auto repair shop within 24hrs with any questions on the RO and either accept or reject our ability to help fund the repairs.
If the RO is rejected (likely due to limited funds), but you would still like to repair the car for a local recipient, the following process ensues:

The Hub Garage would still handle the title process, but the donor will need to:
